When there are more than two "Smart Cameras" in the list, click the "Smart" option below. This will bring up the "Multi-Video Preview" feature on the "Smart" page. Once you click to enter, you can view video from multiple cameras on one screen.
Our app currently supports up to 16-way preview, with options to set up 4, 9, or 16 channels according to your needs. However, camera devices shared from others do not support this feature. Additionally, if you have more than 16 camera devices, it is currently not possible to select which cameras to display on the page.
Note: The tablet version of the app does not yet support the multi-channel preview function, so stay tuned for updates.
If you are viewing the real-time monitoring screens of multiple cameras on one page but one or more cameras do not display their monitoring screen (while they do show up normally when viewed individually), this is likely due to insufficient network resources. Viewing multiple real-time monitoring screens simultaneously requires a stable network connection, and this issue may occur if your network is unstable.
