1. Open the Symynelec app
- If the previous connection is no longer active, this is normal.
- If the connection is still active, delete the device to prepare for re-connection.
2.Tap "Add Device".In the "Add Manually" section, select your camera model.
3. Skip through the setup instructions until you reach the Wi-Fi connection step
4. Enter your new Wi-Fi information and generate a QR code.
5. Reset the camera
- Press and hold the reset button (usually near the SD/TF card slot) until the camera beeps.
6.Scan the QR code
- Hold your phone 4–6 inches away from the camera lens and let the camera scan the QR code.
- Wait for the camera to beep, confirming the scan was successful.
7. Tap "I heard a prompt" in the app to start pairing
8. Wait for the pairing process to complete.
9.Once pairing is complete, your camera is reset and reconnected.
Important: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and has a strong signal during this process.
