.First, check if the Motion Tracking function of your security camera is turned on.
.If it is turned on, calibrate the camera by going to Settings > Basic Function Settings > Camera Calibration. After calibrating, please avoid manually rotating the camera. Your camera should be tracking motion from this step.
.If not, check the device’s current version by clicking the upper right three dots > Device Update. Confirm if the device is running the latest version.
.If the device is up to date, please turn off all the functions. Then, go to Upper Right Three Dots > Detection Alarm Settings > Object Outline. Enable both "Motion Detection" and "Motion Tracking." Also, ensure that "Activity Area" is not enabled, as it can interfere with motion tracking capabilities.
.Stand approximately 1 meter away from the camera. Open the real-time video feed and slowly move in front of the camera lens. Check if the camera outlines you with a red box, which indicates motion tracking. If the red box successfully tracks your motion, this means the camera’s basic functionality is working correctly.
